its quiet now… all dark… except the moon… i love the moon… i like falling asleep with it’s glow on my face…
the pain is very severe today… ulcers deep and fierce… my jaw tight from clamping up and swollen from arthritis… i dont want to take steroids… but the panadol doesn’t work for this level [...]

chugging along… after a protracted bout of cough which developed into bronchial asthma… the ulcers came full on from the combination of super hacking coughing and super drugging (clarithromycin +++ )… now taking mild dose of prednisolone to calm the entire system down… ugh… i hate being drugged… but glad to be with family for [...]
